I met Lyn in 2015 in the local facilitator’s community. Within a short span of five years, I saw remarkable growth in her professional development as a facilitator, coach and OD practitioner, fuelled by her commitment to continuous learning. She stood out as someone who is very perceptive, with a keen sense of observation. This is a critical attribute in OD work, to be able to sense what is there, but may not be spoken or articulated explicitly. She is able to work with these patterns to find opportunities to influence positive change in the organisation system, exemplifying the art of deep listening and using the power of questions to bring about awareness-based collective action.
