Lyn wong

Lyn Wong

Founder

An internationally accredited facilitator & coach, Lyn is passionate about organisational learning and development.

Every individual, team or organisation is a system. Lyn believes that when we take a systemic approach to look at individuals, teams and organisations, we can better engage, align and integrate all parts of the system and tap into the collective wisdom to achieve strategic objectives. As such, be it coaching or facilitation work, she uses a facilitative and collaborative approach, holding space for a safe environment where clients share openly and explore collectively to co-create the future they envision. 

She has worked with clients across various industries in the private, public and non-profit sectors, supporting them in co-creating and aligning visions with strategic directions and outcomes; aligning and engaging teams towards better collaboration and high performance; and supporting leaders in building leadership agility to flex and adapt in this complex and fast-changing world. Clients describe her as engaging, supportive, patient & positive. They are appreciative of her style in engaging the participants, harnessing the voices of the participants, & creating a safe environment for group learning & group ownership of the learning experience.

She is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, ICF Associate Certified Coach, Certified Action Learning Coach, Human Systems Dynamics Professional, Specialist Adult Educator (Facilitation) under the Institute for Adult Learning’s Adult Educators’ Professionalisation programme, certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) facilitator and possesses an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). She is a certified practitioner in various personality and team tools e.g. MBTI, Emergenetics, and Team Psychological Safety.

Associate Partners

April carries a wide range and depth of expertise in strategic futures, public policy, governance, facilitation, policy writing as well as communications and engagement. She is adept at working with multiple stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives and concrete outcomes. This has set her apart as a critical thinker with empathy and acumen for connecting the dots between ground issues and strategic implications. With a keen eye on the interconnections between governance, design, futures and public engagement, she has worked with clients to customise training and development programmes, develop strategic plans and translate complex ideas clearly into effective communication pieces.

Prior to this, April has held key positions in a range of non-profit and government organisations such as the YMCA of Singapore, Ministry of Social and Family Development, the Centre for Strategic Futures and the Prime Minister’s Office. A 2005 Public Service Commission scholar and former Administrative Service officer, April graduated with first-class honours in Social Work from the University of York. She has a Professional Certificate in Foresight from the University of Houston and is also trained in facilitation techniques and organisational development.

April Chin

Peter embodies the role of a Generative Facilitator in curating and adapting  Organisation Development practices to co-create with senior teams and organizations in navigating their renewal journey to achieve performance and behaviour shifts. With more than 30 years of senior leadership and consulting experiences,  he has worked with public, private and social enterprises in more than 10 countries across the Middle East and Asia regions, in areas of OKR/ Learning organisation/ start-up/ large-scale change management. 

Peter is a Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Certified™ Assessor with International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance©), Certified Action Learning Coach, Executive Coach (with Erickson College), Human System Dynamics Professional, Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and Specialist Adult Educator (Facilitation) with Institute of Adult Learning Singapore. He is a certified practitioner in various personality and team tools e.g. MBTI, FIRO-B, Tetra-Map, and Team Diagnostics Survey.
